Synopsis

Το Βασίλειο Γιοσεόν βρίσκεται σε αναταραχή και εξέγερση σε ένα αγώνα για την εξουσία και τον θρόνο. Στον θρόνο βρίσκετε ο Βασιλιάς Λι Χαν (Yeo Jin-Goo) που φοβάται καθημερινώς για την ζωή του. Για να αποφευχθεί μια πιθανή δολοφονία του ένας παλιάτσος ο Χα Σον (Yeo Jin-Goo) που έχει μια μοιραία ομοιότητα με τον Βασιλιά παίρνει προσωρινώς την θέση του. Όσο παριστάνει όμως τον Βασιλιά ερωτεύεται την πανέμορφη Βασίλισσα (Lee Se-Young) και θα κάνει τα πάντα να μην τον καταλάβει κανείς και να παραμείνει δίπλα της.

The story takes place at a time in Joseon history, when upheaval and power struggles surrounding the throne had reached extreme levels. In order to escape those who plan to assassinate him, the king puts a clown, who looks exactly like him, on the throne.
