Synopsis

Η ιστορία εκτυλίσσεται στο μέλλον, σε μία Αμερική όπου έπειτα από μία μαζική καταστροφή έχει επικρατήσει το φεουδαρχικό μοντέλο κοινωνικής οργάνωσης. Βασικός ήρωας είναι ο Σάνι (Ντάνιελ Γου), ο οποίος είναι ο καλύτερος πολεμιστής της εποχής του και κυκλοφορεί έχοντας χτυπήσει σε όλο του το σώμα τατουάζ, καθένα από τα οποία συμβολίζει και έναν από τους αμέτρητους ανθρώπους που έχει εξοντώσει. Η σειρά είναι εμπνευσμένη από μία κινεζική νουβέλα του 16ου αιώνα, με τίτλο «Ταξίδι στη Δύση».
